All orders from roxymusic.com are shipped free of charge with no minimum order amount. CONTINENTAL USA ONLY.
Do you ship outside of the the US?
Most of our distributors/manufacturers don’t allow us to ship overseas. Sometimes there are exceptions. Call or email us to find out if you can ship the item you are interested to your location.
When can I expect to receive my order once it’s been placed?
We ship smaller packages via USPS, which could take up to 10 business days to arrive. Anything over 5 lbs usually ships UPS ground and may take up to 5 days.
Is your organization a retail shop or a web store/shipping facility?
Roxy Music is a brick and mortar organization that prides ourselves on small-town values and excellent customer service. We offer this to our walk-in customers as well as our friends online.
Are you affiliated with Roxy’s Music in New York or the band Roxy Music?
No, we have no affiliation with Roxy’s Music or the band Roxy Music. We have had the name “Roxy Music” since 1939; before either of these entities existed.
