Here we have a 1980 Made In Japan Alvarez Minstrel Banjo. The banjo is in excellent condition for it’s age. It does have some surface scratches on the back, a worn banjo head and could use a new set of strings. Other than that, banjo plays and sounds as it should for a 42 year old instrument.
